Governor Hogan has announced on 6 May 2020 he was easing restrictions by opening state parks, beaches and boating an other outdoor activities for exercise and well-being. According to the Maryland website this all starts on Thursday, 7 May 2020 at 7 AM.

With that said and based on information provided by base Security Forces the field is technically open for flying providing everyone is following Governor Hogan's guidelines for Social Distancing.

Please keep in mind we are guests of Joint Base Andrews who graciously allow us to fly at the field. IF anything changes I will do my best to get the word out.

Please practice safe distancing, safe flying and Governor's guidelines and policies.
